日本一所得の低い沖縄県の出生率が１．８０
出生率の改善は家族や地域で子育てを助け合えるか否かが重要であって、
政策や補助金はそれを補う二次的な要素でしかないよ。
助け合いを断絶する都市部一極集中を解消すればいいだけで
そのために都市部に特別な税を課してそれを地方へ分配したり
都市部と過疎部で一票の格差を設けるのは公共の福祉だよ。
