政府は24日、公立学校教員に対し、残業代の代わりに基本給の4％を上乗せ支給している「教職調整額」について、2025年度から30年度にかけて10％に段階的に引き上げる方針を決めた。
25年度は5％にする。加藤勝信財務相と阿部俊子文部科学相が同日の閣僚折衝で合意した。
教職調整額は「教員給与特別措置法」（給特法）で定められている。増額は26年1月からとなる見通し。1972年の同法施行以来、約50年ぶりの引き上げとなる。
