国民・玉木代表 〝年収の壁引き上げで7.6兆円減収〟ネガキャン報道けん制「逆に7兆円国民の手取りが増える」
同党が衆院選で看板政策として掲げた年収103万円を超えると所得税が課税される「年収103万円の壁」の見直しについて、178万円まで引き上げた場合、政府が国と地方合わせて7.6兆円ほどの税収減になると試算したとの報道について記者団から問われ「逆に7兆円ぐらい国民の皆さんの手取りが増えるということを、まず国民の皆さんに知っていただけたことは良かった」とけん制した。
玉木氏は10月31日、自身のＸ（旧ツイッター）で「財務省がマスコミを含めて『ご説明』に回っている効果はさすがです。今朝の朝刊は各紙こぞって『7.6兆円の減収』『高所得者ほど恩恵』とネガキャン一色」
いわゆる「年収の壁」について、同党は今の制度ができた1995年に比べて最低賃金が1.73倍になっているため、103万円の1.73倍、178万円まで引き上げるよう主張
