中小企業「生き残っていれば、仕事は入ってくる」 景気は堅調という日銀短観の陰で、町工場ギリギリの戦い
日銀が13日発表した12月の企業短期経済観測調査（短観）は、企業の景況感を示す代表的な指標の大企業・製造業の業況判断DIが前回から1ポイント改善しプラス14だった。全産業では1ポイント改善のプラス15で、堅調な景気の状況を示した。ただ、雇用人員判断では、非製造業で1983年以来の低水準になるなど中小企業で人手不足が深刻になっている。物価上昇とともに経営への逆風になっており、生き残りをかける中小企業には他社にはない独自事業が求められている。（白山泉）

「企業として生き残っていれば、仕事は入ってくる」。従業員4人の少数精鋭でゴムや両面テープの打ち抜き加工を手がける町工場、精工パッキング（東京都葛飾区）。平井秀明社長（50）がインターネットや交流サイト（SNS）で技術力を発信してきた成果が表れ、仕事の引き合いが増えている。
原材料高や人件費の価格転嫁ができない町工場が相次いで廃業していることも背景にある。これまでに取引がなかった企業から、「取引先が廃業し、加工ができる工場を新たに探している」などの問い合わせが多いという。

同社は直径0.2ミリの極細の輪ゴムを製造する高い技術を生かし、付加価値の高い仕事を増やすために医療器の部材製造に関する特許も取得。また、製造過程で出る端材を工作の材料として地元の小中学生に提供して産業廃棄物の処理費用を削減。平井社長は「いろんなことをやって利益を上げていかなければいけない」と話す。
◆今年の企業倒産、ほとんどは中小企業という苦境
東京商工リサーチによると、今年1～11月の企業倒産件数は前年同期比16％増の計9000件超で、ほとんどが中小企業。日銀の金融システムリポートは、コロナ後のインフレや人件費増を価格に転嫁できない企業で倒産リスクが高いと指摘する。
みずほリサーチ＆テクノロジーズの服部直樹氏は現在の経済環境について「薄利多売で利益を出すのが難しくなっている」として、企業の存続のためには「付加価値の高い製品を作り、賃上げをして投資を増やす好循環に転換する必要がある」と話す。

今まで低金利に甘えてた所は借り換え出来なければ終わりでしょ
でもそれは日本経済にとっては必要な新陳代謝だと思う
そもそもアベノミクスで低金利にしたり異次元緩和や法人税を下げたのは
競争する為の軍資金を調達し易いようにする為であって
駄目な企業を生きながらえさせる措置ではないからね
競争する為に優遇されてたのに
その恩恵を競争から逃げる事に利用してたのなら
もう事業は諦めたほうが良いよ

元気な経営者は廃業する同業他社から顧客や従業員を引き継いで残存者利益を狙えばいい
