石破総理大臣は通常国会召集日に行う施政方針演説で一人ひとりが自己実現できる「楽しい日本」を目指し、地方創生を核とする「令和の日本列島改造」を打ち出す方針です。
石破総理は24日、衆参両院の本会議で施政方針演説に臨みます。
政府関係者によりますと、演説では少数与党の政権として「説明を尽くす」という姿勢を強調し、「与党、野党ともに責任ある立場で熟議」をと呼び掛ける方針です。
去年10月の総理就任時からキーワードとしてきた「国民の納得と共感」も引き続き訴えます。
また、石破総理肝煎り（きもいり）の地方創生については「令和の日本列島改造」と位置付け、「若者・女性に選ばれる地方」を作ることやデジタル技術を活用した「新時代のインフラ整備」、政府機関を含めた「産官学の地方移転と創生」など、5本柱を打ち出す方針です。
また、人口減少が進むなか、人を財産として尊重する「人財尊重社会」として、物価高に負けない賃上げを実現する姿勢を表明します。
防災についても「人命・人権最優先の世界一の防災大国」を目指すとし、対策強化を打ち出します。
