石破茂総理大臣は１８日、札幌市内のホテルで開かれた演説会で厳しい経営で国による支援が続くＪＲ北海道について自身の考えを述べました。
石破総理はこの中で「こと細かく申し上げる立場にもありませんし、総理大臣があれこれ言ったというと、大きな影響が出るのかもしれないが、承知の上で申し上げる」と前置きしたうえで「状況が厳しい、だから本数を減らす。状況が厳しい、だからサービスを落とす。状況が厳しいから路線を減らす。本当にそれでいいのだろうか」と疑問を呈しました。
