我が国の高齢化は急速に進展していますが、高齢者の体力的な若返りや、就労意欲の高い高齢者の増加もみられます。
高齢者を単に「支えられる」存在とするのではなく、全ての人が、それぞれの状況に応じて「支える側」にも「支えられる側」にもなれるよう、高齢者の社会参画支援などに取り組みます。
