立憲民主、日本維新の会、共産3党と衆院会派「有志の会」は27日、政治改革の協議を国会内で開き、企業・団体献金の禁止と、使途公開不要な政策活動費の廃止を盛り込んだ法案を28日召集の臨時国会に共同提出する方針を確認した。国民民主党とれいわ新選組は参加しなかった。自民党は企業・団体献金の禁止に反対の立場で、代わりに献金の年間限度額を引き下げる案が浮上した。
協議は立民が野党5党派に呼びかけた。立民の大串博志代表代行は、企業・団体献金の禁止と政策活動費の廃止に関し「認識は一致した。野党として法案を作り、速やかに提出できるよう実務者で細部を詰める」と記者団に説明した。
一方、国民の玉木雄一郎代表は東京都内で講演し、立民案が、企業・団体献金の禁止対象から政治団体を除外している点に触れ「穴を残したものでは何の意味もない。法案を出した瞬間から自分たちは1円も献金を受け取らないと身を正せるのか」と指摘。野党協議について「野党で法案を出しても通らない。自己満足だ」と批判した。

立憲が企業・団体献金の禁止を掲げながら、政治団体による献金を容認していることに反発しています。
